Purchase & Shipping Process
Kitchen House works directly with top suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring exclusive, high-quality products. After your order is completed, it will be processed and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Important Conditions
📌 Discount Coupons – Coupons are not cumulative. Only one coupon can be used per purchase.
📌 Invoice – We issue an invoice related to the intermediation service (logistics/import process), in accordance with applicable regulations for imported products.
📌 Delivery Issues – In case of loss or delivery failure, a new shipment will be arranged at no additional cost, and the delivery timeframe will restart.
📌 Exchanges & Shipping Costs – In case of exchanges, shipping costs (both return and reshipping) are the customer’s responsibility. To avoid issues with sizing or specifications, please carefully review product details before purchasing.
