WARRANTY

Kitchen House guarantees the delivery of all orders within Brazil or a full refund of the amount paid. All orders are shipped with free shipping and include a tracking code, which will be sent to the registered email within up to 10 business days after purchase confirmation.

If any issue occurs during delivery, such as loss or misplacement of the package, Kitchen House guarantees a full refund or reshipment at no additional cost.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

📌 Tracking Code – It may take up to 10 business days for the tracking code to be updated in the postal system. During this time, the message “Object not found” may appear.

📦 Split Shipments – Some products may be shipped from different suppliers and may arrive at different times.

🎨 Product Variation – Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences, and product size may vary by 1 to 3 cm.

📍 Shipping Address – The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address. Store is not responsible for incorrect addresses, and in such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

🚚 Reshipping – If an order is returned to the sender due to delivery failure or is not picked up within the carrier’s deadline, a reshipping fee will be required.

⚠️ Possible Customs Duties – Approximately 5% of orders may be shipped from international warehouses depending on stock availability. In such cases, import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. If the charges exceed 50% of the product value on our website, Kitchen House will refund the difference.
