Returns & Exchanges


To request an exchange or return, please contact our support team via email at support.kitchenhouse@gmail.com within 7 calendar days after delivery.

In your email, please include:

✅ Order number
✅ Item you wish to return or exchange
✅ Reason for the request

After your request, our team will respond with return instructions within 48 business hours.



Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

✔️ The product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use.
✔️ If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing accessories, the return will not be accepted.

📌 Important: Requests made after 7 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted.



Address Issues

📍 Address Changes – After the order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it, the customer may request a reshipment by paying a new shipping fee. This applies even to orders with free shipping, as the initial shipping cost has already been incurred.

🚛 Lost or Delivery Failure – In case of issues with the carrier, we guarantee a reshipment at no additional cost, and the delivery timeframe will restart.



Refunds

🔄 Refund Process
All refunds are accompanied by a confirmation receipt, which will be sent to the customer.

📅 Refund Timeframes:
• Up to 3 business days for return analysis and approval
• Up to 15 business days for refund processing

💳 Refund Methods:

✔️ Credit Card – The amount will be refunded to your card statement within up to 60 days, depending on your card provider.
✔️ PIX – The amount will be refunded to the same bank account used for the purchase within up to 7 business days.
