📍 Shipping Address – Customers must provide a complete and accurate address at the time of purchase. Kitchen House is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Orders are shipped within 1 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• The tracking code will be sent via email within up to 10 business days.
• Based on our experience, 90% of orders are delivered within 4 to 12 business days after shipping.
• In specific cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as high demand or carrier issues. The maximum delivery timeframe is 48 business days.
If your order is not delivered within this period, you may request a reshipment at no additional cost.
